Ingredients
- 340g honey
- 1 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 330g chopped or sliced apricots, plums, peaches or pineapple
- 1L vanilla pod ice cream
- Rolled or wafer biscuits, for garnish
Method
How to make Black pepper-cinnamon honey with fruit and ice cream
1) Heat the honey, pepper, and cinnamon stick in a small pot over low heat.
2) When ready to serve, add the fruit to the honey mixture and toss.
3) Put a scoop of ice cream into each serving dish and top with the honey mixture. Garnish with biscuits and serve.
