Blondies & Cream

Practice your New Orlean's groove whilst whipping up a batch of blondies.
  • 145g plain flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 6g baking powder
  • 115g butter
  • 175g brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 golden apple
  • 75g pecans

Mix the flour, the salt and the baking powder.

Melt the butter. Add the melted butter to the brown sugar, and then add the egg. Mix.

Sprinkle in the flour on the mixture.

Peel the apple and cut it into large cubes.

Mix the apple, the pecans into the mixture.

Butter the cake tins and cook in the oven at 180°C for 25 to 30 minutes.
