  • 280g frozen blueberries
  • 45ml water
  • 50g granulated sugar
  • 10ml lemon juice

Method

How to make Blueberry compote

1) Combine 140g of the blueberries, water, sugar and lemon juice in a small saucepan. Cook over a medium heat for about 10 mins. Add the rest of the blueberries and cook for 8 mins more, stirring frequently.

2) Serve warm.
