Ingredients

  • 15 ounces black-eyed peas
  • 7 ounces shoe peg corn
  • 2 avocado
  • 10 ounces tomatoes and green chillies
  • 0.25 cup seasoned rice vinegar
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 garlic cloves
  • 2 spring onion
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 to taste corn tortilla chips

Method

How to make Campbell's Texas Caviar

  • Mix vinegar, olive oil, cumin, garlic, salt & pepper in small bowl.
  • Set aside.
  • Combine all other ingredients in large bowl, stir.
  • Add reserved vinegar mixture & toss gently.
  • Serve with Tortilla Chips.
