Ingredients
- 15 ounces black-eyed peas
- 7 ounces shoe peg corn
- 2 avocado
- 10 ounces tomatoes and green chillies
- 0.25 cup seasoned rice vinegar
- 0.25 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 garlic cloves
- 2 spring onion
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 to taste corn tortilla chips
Method
How to make Campbell's Texas Caviar
- Mix vinegar, olive oil, cumin, garlic, salt & pepper in small bowl.
- Set aside.
- Combine all other ingredients in large bowl, stir.
- Add reserved vinegar mixture & toss gently.
- Serve with Tortilla Chips.
