Cava sangria
Ingredients
- 1 (750ml) bottle Spanish cava, chilled
- 60ml white grape juice
- 30ml brandy
- 30ml simple syrup
- Ice cubes, for serving
- 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
- 8 mint leaves
Method
How to make Cava sangria
1) Stir the cava, grape juice, brandy and simple syrup together in a pitcher.
2) Serve over ice, garnished with strawberries and mint.
