Chai ice tea

  • 8 chai tea bags
  • 250ml whole milk
  • 100g honey
  • Ice cubes
1) Bring 1 litre of water to a boil in a medium saucepan.

2) Remove from the heat, add the tea bags and let steep for 5 minutes.

3) Remove the bags, stir in the milk and honey and chill in a pitcher for at least 1 hour. Serve over ice.
