Chai yai yai
Ingredients
- 1 bag chai tea
- 240ml hot water
- 90ml milk
- 30ml bourbon
- 10ml amaretto (an almond-flavoured liqueur)
- 10ml Grand Marnier (an orange-flavoured liqueur)
- Lemon wedge
- 3 whole cloves
Method
How to make Chai yai yai
1) Brew tea in 240ml of hot water for three to four mins.Remove tea bag.
2) In a saucepan, combine the tea mixture and milk and simmer, stirring occasionally.
3) Pour into a coffee mug. Add bourbon, amaretto and Grand Marnier. Stir briefly.
4) Stud lemon wedge with the cloves and add to mixture.
