Champagne punch with lime and raspberries
Ingredients
- 2 bottles cold brut Champagne
- Juice of 1/2 lime, plus sliced lime for garnish
- 2 tbsp caster sugar
- Dash of Angostura bitters
- 250g raspberries
Method
How to make Champagne punch with lime and raspberries
1) In a punch bowl combine all ingredients being careful not to mash raspberries.
2) Add a block of ice. Serve immediately, garnishing the glasses with slices of lime.
