1. Heat 1 jar of Nishaan Fried Onion Curry Base along with the Minced Ginger/Garlic.
2. Add chopped tomatoes followed by a heaped tablespoon of Balti Masala Blend. Add chickpeas and stir well.
3. Serve on a bed of Royal Basmati Rice.
4. Add 4 tablespoons of East End Tamarind Sauce and 2 tablespoons demerara sugar to achieve that traditional taste.
