Add chicken legs, carrots, onions and celery to a very large saucepan.
Add cold water to completely cover all ingredients.
Crumble in the Knorr Chicken Stock Cubes and add the bay leaves.
Bring to the boil and simmer for 50 minutes.
Skim off the fat that comes to the surface and add olive oil , Knorr Chicken Touch of Taste if using, and chopped parsley.
You could add some dumplings to it, or have it with crusty bread and butter.
