1) Chop pretzels and nuts and place in 2 separate bowls.
2) Chop the chocolate.
3) Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir until the chocolate is smooth and velvety.
4) Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Dip the strawberries into the chocolate and then into the pretzels or nuts. Place on the paper and leave to set and room temperature.
