Chocolate Sweet Pizza

  • 200g bread mix
  • 130ml warm water
  • 100g Carnation® Chocolate Filling and Topping
  • 200g mixed fresh berries
  • 50g mini marshmallow

Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C with fan) gas mark 6.

Place the bread mix into a large bowl and add the warm water. Kneed by hand or in a food mixer to form a dough. Then cover and allow to rest for 5 minutes. Tip onto a floured surface and cut into 8 pieces, use a rolling pin to roll into mini pizza shaped rounds the thickness of a pound coin. Place on a large baking tray lined with baking parchment.

Spread each 'pizza base' with a tablespoon of Carnation® Chocolate Filling and Topping and then sprinkle with berries.

Chop the mini marshmallows in half and sprinkle over the pizzas then bake in the centre of the oven for 8-10 minutes until the base is crispy and the top is golden.
