Chopped salad with lemon and dill
Ingredients
- 1 head shredded cos lettuce
- 1/2 head shredded radicchio
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- 45ml olive oil
- 30ml lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, or 1 tsp dried
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
How to make Chopped salad with lemon and dill
1) In a large bowl toss together the romaine, radicchio, and spring onions.
2) In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper, to taste.
3) Pour the dressing onto the salad and toss; serve.
