2) In a large saute pan add about 2.5cm of oil and heat to 180C. Meanwhile mix the cinnamon and sugar together.
3) With a pizza cutter or knife cut the dough into 2.5cm by 10cm pieces. Drop the pieces in the hot oil and cook for 2 mins on each side or until golden brown.
4) Remove the cooked pieces to kitchen towels to drain and dust with cinnamon and sugar mixture while still hot.
5) Serve warm with fruit preserve dipping sauce.
