Cioppino garlic crostini
  • 1 small loaf French bread, sliced into 1cm slices
  • 60ml olive oil
  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, smashed
1) Preheat oven to 190C/Gas 5.

2) Place bread slices on a baking tray. Rub smashed garlic clove over each side. Brush the slices with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

3) Bake for 10 minutes or until golden and toasted.
