Cocoa raspberry heaven

  • 30ml raspberry liqueur, plus 5ml for garnish
  • 30ml white creme de cacao
  • 240ml hot chocolate
  • Whipped cream
  • 1 fresh raspberry (optional)
1) Pour a measure of raspberry liqueur and white creme de cacao into a cappuccino mug.

2) Add hot chocolate and stir.

3) Top with a dollop of whipped cream.

4) Drizzle the remaining raspberry liqueur on top of the whipped cream and top with a fresh raspberry.
