How to make Crab Cakes

  • Mix everything but lump crabmeat together good.
  • Then gently fold in lump crab meat.
  • Form into balls and flatten.
  • Heat oil and butter.
  • Cook cakes until golden brown ( 4-5 minutes on each side).
  • Serve.
