Creamed green chilli rice

  • 260g rice, cooked
  • 350ml double cream reduced by half
  • 2 poblanos, roasted, skins removed, and chopped
  • 3 spring onions, sliced
  • 10g freshly chopped coriander leaves
1) In a medium serving bowl add the rice, reduced cream and the poblanos. Garnish with spring onions and coriander and serve.
