1. Place all the pasta ingredients in a large pot and cook on medium-high heat, without a lid and bring to the boil. Cook for 10-12 minutes until the pasta is al dente. Stir well.
2. Remove from heat, add chopped basil and stir well.
3. Serve on individual plates, drizzle with olive oil, and grate the cheese on top. Garnish with basil and serve while still warm.
