Cut chicken into thin slices.
Clean mushrooms and if large cut in half.
Place chicken and mushrooms together in a suitable casserole dish.
Blend the powder with the cream and water and pour it evenly over the ingredients.
Sprinkle with the cheese and bake in the oven at 200°C (180°C fan) approx. for 30 minutes. Garnish with chopped chives and serve with white rice.
