  • 1 medium banana, frozen
  • 55ml dark rum
  • 15ml Tia Maria
  • 55ml single cream
  • Ground allspice for garnish

How to make Dirty banana

1) Put the peeled, frozen banana in a blender along with the rum and Tia Maria. Add the single cream and blend until smooth. Pour into a chilled wine glass, garnish with a dusting of allspice. Serve.
