Ingredients

  • About 10 fresh mint leaves
  • Ice cubes
  • Splash of sugar syrup, recipe follows
  • 65ml apple juice
  • 85ml vodka
  • 2 red apple slices, for garnish
  • 2 green apple slices, for garnish
  • For the simple syrup:

  • 115g sugar
  • 120ml water

Method

How to make Double apple mojito

1) Crush the mint leaves with a muddler or pestle and place in a tall glass.

2) Top with ice, the simple syrup, apple juice and vodka.

3) Garnish with red and green apples slices and serve.

Simple syrup:
1) Add the sugar and water to a pan and bring to the boil until the sugar dissolves.

2) Allow to cool before using. Store unused syrup in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
