Ingredients
- 2 duck breasts
- 100g cashew nuts
- 1 bunch fresh coriander
- 100g soya beans
- Handful beansprouts
- 15g sesame seeds
- Fleur de Sel
- Olive oil
- 40ml sesame cream
- 2 limes
Method
How to make Duck Kebabs with Cashews
Remove slightly the fat of the duck breasts/fillets and cut into cubes.
Fry the duck over a high heat and then add the cashew nuts.

Skewer the meat onto kebab sticks and arrange on a plate. Serve with the soya bean salad, sesame cream and a squeeze of lime.
