2) Boil the beans in lightly salted water, for about 4 minutes until tender, or microwave, covered, for about 2 minutes.
3) Halve and seed the avocado. Scoop the flesh from into the bowl of a food processor. Add the wasabi paste, edamame, ginger, lime juice, and salt and mix until smooth.
4) Transfer to a serving bowl. Stir in the spring onions and coriander and serve with a selection of crudites.
