Ingredients

  • 50g lemon-flavoured rum, such as Bacardi Limon
  • 1/2 tbsp sweet blue liqueur (recommended: Blue Curacao)
  • 1/2 tbsp sweet and sour mix
  • 60ml pineapple juice
  • 60ml grapefruit juice
  • Shaved ice
  • Maraschino cherry, for garnish

Method

How to make Electric ice

1) Add the rum, liqueur, sweet and sour mix, and pineapple and orange juices to a martini shaker.

2) Shake and strain into a martini glass over a scoop of shaved ice. Serve with a cherry, for garnish, and a spoon.
