Saute the pork in two batches about 5 minutes each until browned and season each batch with half the liquid smoke and half the soy before removing to a plate
Heat a large non-stick wok until smoking. Add the oil and sauté onion for 2-3 minutes.
Add the garlic, ginger and saute for a minute.
Add the carrots to the wok with the onion and cook for 2 minutes,
Add pepper, celery and broccoli to the wok. Add the sauce's along with the cooked pork and noodles, stir to warm through. Serve warm.
Sprinkle on the crushed cashew nuts and garnish with celery leaves
