Frozen yoghurt with cinnamon-spiked blueberry sauce

  • 1 (280g) bag of frozen blueberries
  • 2 Tbsp icing sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 450 vanilla frozen yoghurt
1) Combine blueberries, icing sugar and cinnamon in a medium saucepan and set pan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes, until sauce thickens.

2) Fill dessert bowls with frozen yogurt and top with blueberry sauce.
