Ingredients

  • For the Dressing:

  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp light mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 60 ml extra-virgin olive oil
  • For the salad:

  • 40g large croutons
  • 2 tbsp sliced black olives
  • 4 cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 4 mild Peppadew peppers, chopped
  • 1 red onion, finely sliced
  • 250g mixed salad leaves

Method

How to make Garden salad

1) Whisk all of the dressing ingredients together with 1 tablespoon of water until well combined and smooth.

2) Place the salad leaves in a large bowl and top with the remaining salad ingredients.

Drizzle with the dressing and serve.
