Ingredients

  • For the Dressing:

  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp light mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 60 ml extra-virgin olive oil
  • For the salad:

  • 40g large croutons

How to make Garden salad

1) Technique: Whisk Using light, rapid sweeping strokes to thicken or thoroughly combine ingredients. You can also use a whisk attachment attached to a food processor.
