Gianduja bars

  • 4 brownies (about 5cm x 7.5cm)
  • 4 tbsp Nutella
  • 4 tbsp chopped toasted hazelnuts
  • 4 tbsp mini chocolate chips (try a mix of white and milk chocolate)
1) Preheat the oven to 190°C/ 375°F/ gas mark 4.

2) Spread each of the brownies with 1 tablespoon of Nutella, then sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon chopped hazelnuts and finish with 1 tablespoon of mini chocolate chips.

3) Place the brownies on a baking sheet and bake for 5 to 7 minutes until the chocolate is starting to melt. Remove from oven, allow to cool before transferring to the refrigerator for about 1 hour until the chocolate is set.
