Ginger mango granita
Ingredients
- 900 ml mango juice, room temperature
- 450 ml water
- 2 limes, juiced
- 5 cm piece peeled ginger, grated with microplane
- 115 g caster sugar
Method
How to make Ginger mango granita
1) Whisk together all the ingredients in a large baking tin. Freeze overnight until solid. Scrape with fork to serve.
