Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons simple syrup (equal amounts granulated sugar and water heated until granulated sugar is dissolved, cool)
- Vodka, very cold
- Sake, very cold
- Crushed ice
- Paper thin cucumber slices, for garnish
Method
How to make Ginger martini with sake
1) Muddle the ginger and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
2) Add the vodka, sake, and crushed ice, to taste, and shake to combine.
3) Strain into a chilled martini glass garnish with cucumber slices and serve.
