- 8 green peppers
- 2 packs cream cheese with chives
- 100g prosciutto ham, chopped
- 2 teaspoons dried basil flakes
- 8 bacon rashers
Method
How to make Good peppers
1) Preheat grill to medium-high.
2) Cut tops off peppers and remove seeds.
3) Mix cream cheese, prosciutto, and basil together and stuff peppers with mixture.
3) Wrap each pepper with bacon rasher bacon and grill for about 5 minutes, turning occasionally until done.
