- 0.33 cup fresh Italian parsley
- 0.33 cup gorgonzola
- 0.33 cup sour cream
- 0.33 cup mayonnaise
- 0.33 cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 0.75 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 0.25 cup fresh chives
Method
How to make Gorgonzola Herb Dressing
- Blend parsley, cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise in a food prcessor until smooth. Blend in buttermilk, vinegar, salt and pepper. Transfer the dressing to a bowl and stir in the chives.
