Combine the minced beef in a bowl with the finely chopped onions. Add 3 tsp of Tabasco® Chipotle sauce, with salt, pepper and breadcrumbs.
Divide mixture into 4 and shape into burgers.
Grill on a medium heat till cooked through and the juices run clear. Approximately 10-12 minutes.
To serve, place on toasted ciabatta and add rocket, tomato, 1 tbsp salsa and red onion. Crumble over the feta and garnish with watercress.
Optional: Stir 1/2 tsp Tabasco® Red or Chipotle through 2 tbsp mayo or ketchup. Dollop on as desired.
To make the salsa: heat oil in a large heavy saucepan over high heat. Add onion and bell pepper and sauté 5 to 6 minutes or until tender, stirring frequently. Add tomatoes and bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until liquid is reduced and salsa is slightly thickened, about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in lime juice, Tabasco® Sauce, and salt. Cool to lukewarm and stir in coriander.Recipe courtesy of Tabasco®
