Ingredients

  • 170g reduced-fat fresh goat cheese
  • 1 tbsp plain nonfat yogurt
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 25g chopped fresh parsley leaves
  • 20g chopped fresh thyme leaves
  • 20g chopped fresh mint leaves
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Celery stalks or other raw vegetables for dipping

Method

How to make Green herb dip

Put the cheese, yogurt, and oil into a food processor and blend until smooth. Stir in the herbs, season with salt and pepper, and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour. Serve chilled with vegetables for dipping.
