  • 3 ripe bananas, unpeeled
  • 1 tin sweetened condensed milk
  • Ground cinnamon, to taste

Method

How to make Griddled bananas: Platanos asados

1) Stick the whole bananas inside a griddle set at any temperature, and griddle until very brown and soft, anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes depending on the griddle temperature.

2) Slice the bananas, through the peel, from end to end. Squeeze them open like you would a baked potato. Put a little bit of condensed milk over the banana and sprinkle with a bit of cinnamon.
