Hasselback Caprese Salad

  • 3 Roma tomatoes
  • 1 log fresh mozzarella, sliced thinly (3 balls will be around the same amount)
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Balsamic glaze, for serving

1. Slice each tomato thinly, without cutting through to the bottom.

2. Cut mozzarella into even smaller slices, in order to fit between each tomato slice.

3. Place one basil leaf in between each section so you have an even amount of mozzarella to basil.

4. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve.
