Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp plus 2 tsp roasted, mashed garlic (about 12 cloves)
  • 1 Tbsp plus 2 tsp picked and finely chopped thyme
  • 2 1/4 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 950ml natural yoghurt
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper

Method

How to make Herb spread

1) In a mixing bowl, add garlic, thyme, and lemon juice to the yoghurt and mix well. Place mixture in cheesecloth, set over a colander, set over a bowl and place in refrigerator for 12 hours.

2) Discard liquid and place remaining yoghurt in bowl. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
