Tanqueray No. Ten High Mountain Martinez

  • 40ml Tanqueray No. TEN
  • 20ml Carpano Antica Formula
  • 5ml maraschino liqueur
  • 2 dashes Bokers Bitters
  • Orange zest spray
  • 2 oolong ice cubes

Fill a medium sized jug with Oolong ice cubes.

Add the Tanqueray gin, maraschino liqueur, Antica Formula and bitters to the ice and stir for 1 ½ minutes.

Drain the ice, and pour into two chilled Martini glasses and top with discs of orange peel.

Note: Oolong ice cubes are made from diluting Oolong tea and freezing.
