  • 60g noodles
  • Sesame oil
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1 tbsp coriander
  • 100g pork fillet
  • Chilli flakes
  • Soy sauce
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 plum, halved
  • Pinch Chinese 5 spice
  • 1 tbsp honey
1) Cook the noodles in salted boiling water. Stir fry the noodles in sesame oil with the spring onion, coriander and chilli flakes until hot. Season with soy sauce.

2) Slice the pork into medallions and season with salt to taste. Pan fry for a minute on each side. Add the hoisin sauce, turn the pork to coat it and set aside to rest.

3) Sprinkle the plum halves with a pinch of Chinese 5 spice. Fry in a hot pan with a drop of oil for two minutes, or until golden.

4) Add the honey and cook for 30 seconds.
