Homemade salsa on the fly
Ingredients
- 3 large ripe tomatoes, diced, or 1 (450g) tin diced tomatoes with their juice
- 1 small onion finely chopped (yellow or white)
- 1 small green pepper, seeds and veins removed, minced
- 60g chopped green chillis, with juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsps red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
Method
How to make Homemade salsa on the fly
1) In a large glass bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir well with a spoon.
2) Cover with plastic wrap and chill until serving time.
