Honey glazed carrots

  • 450g baby carrots, trimmed and scrubbed
  • Salt
  • 25g butter
  • 2 tbsp clear honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 25g chopped flat-leaf parsley

How to make Honey glazed carrots

1)In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add salt and the carrots and cook until tender, 5 to 6 minutes.

2) Drain the carrots and return to the pan with the butter, honey and lemon juice. Cook over a low heat until a glaze coats the carrots, 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with parsley.
