Honey-mustard dressing
Ingredients
- 240g plus 1 tbsp djion mustard
- 60g honey
- 60ml cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 60ml plus 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Method
How to make Honey-mustard dressing
1) In a medium bowl, whisk together the mustard, honey, vinegar, and salt. Gradually whisk in the oil to make a creamy dressing. Use immediately or store in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 3 days.
