  • 240g plus 1 tbsp djion mustard
  • 60g honey
  • 60ml cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 60ml plus 2 tbsp vegetable oil

How to make Honey-mustard dressing

1) In a medium bowl, whisk together the mustard, honey, vinegar, and salt. Gradually whisk in the oil to make a creamy dressing. Use immediately or store in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 3 days.
