  • 230g sour cream
  • 2 tbsps prepared horseradish
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Chives, finely chopped, for garnish

Method

How to make Horseradish cream

1) Combine sour cream, prepared horseradish and a drizzle of olive oil in a small bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.

2) Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with chopped chives and serve with short ribs.
