How to make Hot buttered rum
1) In a saucepan heat the pineapple juice until it steams, without boiling.
2) In a large heatproof glass or mug, stir together the rum and sugar to taste with the cinnamon stick. Pour the hot pineapple juice over rum. Float a pat ofon top. Serve immediately.
