  • 2 seedless oranges, sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 120ml Campari
  • 1 bottle sparkling dry white wine or bubbly Prosecco
  • Ice cubes

Method

How to make Italian sangria

1) Add the oranges and lemons to a large glass pitcher. Pour in the Campari and muddle with a large wooden spoon to release the fruit juices.

2) Fill the pitcher with a bottle of chilled sparkling wine and pour over chilled glasses filled with ice.
