Ingredients
- 1 lemon
- 4 jasmine green tea bags
- 950ml boiling water
- Honey, to taste
- 4 to 6 fresh mint sprigs, for garnish

How to make Jasmine-Lemon Ice Tea

With a vegetable peeler, remove the zest of the lemon in strips, and then juice the lemon.
In a large heat-resistant pitcher, mix all ingredients together except for the mint and steep 10-15 minutes before cooling in fridge.
When ready to serve, pour over ice and garnish with fresh mint sprigs.
