  • 1 banana
  • 125ml skimmed milk
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp protein powder or other powdered vitamin supplement, optional
  • 3 ice cubes

How to make Java joe smoothie

In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Blend for about 1 minute. Pour into a large glass and serve.
