Java joe smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 double shot of espresso or 80ml very strong coffee
- 1 banana
- 125ml skimmed milk
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp protein powder or other powdered vitamin supplement, optional
- 3 ice cubes
Method
How to make Java joe smoothie
In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Blend for about 1 minute. Pour into a large glass and serve.
