  • 720ml prepared tomato soup (from can or jar)
  • 120ml prepared salsa
  • 12 handfuls tortilla chips, divided
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tsp sliced spring onions

Method

How to make Jazzed-Up Tomato Soup

In a small saucepan, combine soup and salsa. Set pan over medium heat and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat and ladle soup into four bowls. Top with tortilla chips, sour cream, and scallions just before serving.
