Jazzed-Up Tomato Soup
Ingredients
- 720ml prepared tomato soup (from can or jar)
- 120ml prepared salsa
- 12 handfuls tortilla chips, divided
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tsp sliced spring onions
Method
How to make Jazzed-Up Tomato Soup
In a small saucepan, combine soup and salsa. Set pan over medium heat and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat and ladle soup into four bowls. Top with tortilla chips, sour cream, and scallions just before serving.
