  • 200g brussels sprouts, finely sliced on a Japanese mandolin
  • 50g toasted pine nuts
  • 100g smoked ham, cut into lardons
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Olive oil

How to make Brussels Sprouts with Smoked Ham and Pine Nuts

Drizzle a little olive oil into a pan and heat. Add the brussel sprouts, the crushed garlic and cook for one minute. Add the ham and pinenuts and cook for one min. Season and serve.
